Ordinariate Mass for July

We are continuing our monthly Mass on Sunday 14th July at 12.30 pm at St Bernadette’s Bispham on Devonshire Road (car park off All Hallows Road). Having recently returned from my second visit to Rome this year (under two Popes!), it’s all systems go for this corner of the Lord’s vineyard as we seek to bear faithful witness in this Year of Faith and do our bit in commending the faith in the New Evangelisation. As our Ordinary said to us clergy recently, unless we evangelise we will die, and we are always seeking to attract anyone, but especially those new to the Catholic faith from Anglican or any other traditions or none. Our appeal goes particularly to those who were brought up in the Catholic Church but have been away from the sacraments far too long. Indeed Pope Francis has recently amended our constitution to encourage us to do just that, so that it may be a true Homecoming for many.

See you on Sunday!
